Hello, and thank you for downloading our Hellcat. As far as I know this is the only Hellcat made specifically for FS2000, including a new air file. This model was my first attempt at making a plane. It was made with FSDS from Abacus (www.abacuspub.com). Although there are many things that I would like to change about the model, I have to let it go before I kill myself. I will be making an upgrade to the model and fine tuning some of the animation in the near future.
Planned changes:
1) Accurate landing gear retraction; however, this will have to wait till the boys at Abacus release a new version of AA.
2) A seamless canopy with no bleed through (whoops, when I made the model I didn't know about the symmetry mode)
3) Drop tank
4) Overall more detail

As anybody who designs planes knows, this takes a lot of work. I would like to say that I am doing it for my own pleasure, but I also hope that other people will enjoy my work.
